Therapy Groups.
I am an experienced and qualified group facilitator. I run regular therapy groups for student counsellors.
Therapy groups are affordable and very effective in helping people to positively change their lives through therapeutic techniques which facilitate personal growth.
The benefits in attending these groups are:
Improved self-esteem, Better communication in relationships, Personal development & raised awareness, Lifting depression, Mutual support through challenging life transitions, Increased sense of being grounded & focused, Better understanding of yourself & others and Moving on from negative past experiences.
The group acts as a mirror which reflects how you are in the world. This provides great opportunities to learn about yourself and experiment with new ways of being within a safe setting. Many of us have had negative past experiences from our early family upbringing and throughout school. These early experiences can affect our day to day lives, how we view ourselves and our relationships with others. A therapy group can help you become aware of your outdated patterns which were once useful as they kept you safe whilst growing up. We carry these patterns with us into adult life without checking out if they still serve us. Some of these ways of being can severely limit and restrict our true potential or our ability to enjoy life.
Please note, I am no longer able to offer group therapy due to the current Coronavirus restrictions.
